ABOUT ME

Allow me to introduce myself; I am a strong, driven, young woman who moved to Oregon in August of 2019. I am currently a Healthcare Recruiter/Human Resources for The Oregon Clinic, and have earned my Bachelors in Communications, with Minors in Marketing and Human Resources. I graduated in 3 years, and packed up my things to move out West by myself. I believe that hard work, respect, and education can get you places in life that many only dream of. I have a wide variety of backgrounds that makes it possible to be able to be an empathetic leader that also knows how to earn respect from others. I am skilled in technology, and as I have past experience as a technical recruiter, and vastly broadened my vocabulary in the technological realm. I earned Recruiter of the Month in the first three months of my company as well as within the first year at Apex. I have to constantly maintain professional relationships, and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment. I am consistently communicating, and have to be persistent when negotiating and setting boundaries with my candidates.

Being a healthcare recruiter I hire Physicians Assistants, Phlebotomist, Registered Nurses, Scribes, and other healthcare roles. I was able to implement a new culture activity into our Human Resources meetings every month. I host our special guest segment where I interview Clinical Managers, Directors, and Clinic Supervisors. I am a very hard working, driven young woman that believes in making the world a better place, and I wish to do so in a future career. I am a media-literate scholarly millennial, who possesses technological, communication, and organizational skills that are suited for any position.I believe that building strong relationships, making a difference in the community and workplace, and progressing as a society is crucial when having an occupation. My mission is to promote and share my passion for an organization who stands strong in their mission. I not only have adopted various roles of leadership on my campus, but I also love finding creative solutions to issues, and possess a persistence personality that is able to connect with people from all backgrounds.
